WELCOME TO the Hollyburn Family!

We are pleased to welcome you as a new member to our community and we sincerely hope that you enjoy being a part of the Club.

Hollyburn is a family club that is dedicated to providing our members with a safe and healthy environment. You will find Hollyburn to be a welcoming Club where families share athletic and social experiences that enrich their lives. Our Management Team and all Hollyburn employees are here to make your member experience as enjoyable as possible. We encourage you to get involved in all aspects of the Club and truly take advantage of what Hollyburn has to offer.

Hollyburn is a big place with a lot of moving parts and it may take you awhile to get adjusted. This website can be an ongoing resource for you to help you get acquainted with the Club. Please ensure you review all of the less-exciting, but very important, documents in our policies tab. We have created an easy step-by-step guide that will help you and your family get settled. STEP 1: Get YOUR HOLLBURN ACCOUNT SET-UP

Pick Up your Member Package

Pick up your member package (make sure you do because their is a gift inside). In this package you will receive your account information, including your member number(s).

Photos & Parking Decals

Visit Member Services (located in the Main Lobby) to get your photos taken and get your parking decals.

Club Access - Fobs & Mobile access

Members have 2 options for Club entry: FOB or Mobile Access. FOBs are available at Member Services and can easily be added to your keychain or lanyard. Mobile Access is very convenient for our mobile friendly members and is easily added to your mobile device by downloading a HID Mobile Access App. Mobile Access allows you to unlock Club doors with a simple twist of your phone. STEP 2: Get Familiar with the HCC Website, App & program registration Process

Website access

Visit www.hollyburn.org and use the following log-in information:

Username: hcc + member number (ie. hcc12340) Password: your first 3 letters of your first name and full last name (all in lowercase/ie. johsmith)

After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to change your username and password. Please note, our website must be updated manually so please allow at least 5 business days after your membership has been approved before attempting to login.

Hollyburn App

The Hollyburn App is full of convenient features and we encourage all members to download the App so they can take advantage of the following features:

App Downloading Insturctions:

  1. Download the free Hollyburn Country Club App from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Sign-in using the following log-in information:

Username: 5-digit member number Password: last name (all lowercase) + last digit of your member number ie. smith1

Step 3: Get Connected!

There is a LOT going on at the Club every day so we do our best to keep members in the loop in various ways. Here are a few ways you can stay up-to-date with Club news and events:

  1. E-newsletter and Club Announcements:

    Our e-newsletter is sent to members every Tuesday night at 6pm. The e-newsletter will provide you with a snapshot of what is happening at the Club in the next week. If you are on our email list you will also receive important Club notices and announcements via email. If you aren’t receiving our emails please email Janet at jfang@hollyburn.org.

  2. The View

    The View, is our Club publication which gets published 8 times per year. The View features all of our athletic programming, events, updates and more. The View will be mailed to your household, is available on the Hollyburn website and App, and can be found at the Club.

  3. Social Media

    Getting “social” with us is a great way for you to connect with us on a day-to-day basis. We use social media to connect with members, celebrate member moments and keep you posted on important Club news. Our social media accounts are typically the first place we post important notices, such as power outages etc. so we encourage you to follow @hollyburncountryclub.
